However, there are some disqualifying items that will be covered by the House Manager…and will be looked at, case-by-case.

All Prospective Residents must consent to a background check.

PROGRAM FEES

NONREFUNDABLE DEPOSIT: $300.  This fee will cover everything that a resident needs to get established in our home to include, bedding, towels, toiletries, a background check, and cleaning/prep before and after your stay.

Monthly room & bed charges of $850 (*this fee schedule DOES NOT apply to long-term residents housed by U.S.VETS and Salvation Army) must be paid on the first of the month.  We do not accept room fees after the 6th of the month.  A Weekly charge of $215 paid by Friday evening (no later than Monday evening) can be set up instead of monthly payments.  A Late Fee of $75 will be charged to your account after 5 days past due.

SUPPLY FEE

This monthly amount varies as it includes perishable items such as toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, and any cleaning supplies.  This fee can generally range from $0 to $15, depending on the residents’ use of the items.  Supplies are typically purchased on Amazon.com, the receipt is shared with all residents for visibility and the cost is divided by the number of residents in the house at that time.  This is simply the cost of the home items that are used by the residents and that need to be replenished.
